  • 1 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Piece Banana
  • 1 Cup Milk


  1. Add everything to the blender.
  2. Blitz the contents till everything is well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into the mason jars.
  4. Add a few pieces of blueberries and garnish the jars.
