Serves 4



  • 10 Large Prawns Not Included
  • 1 Egg beaten,
  • 1 Tablespoon Plain Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • Salt and Pepper 

Cereal Mixture

  • 50 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 25 Pieces Curry Leaves
  • 6 Pieces Chilli Padi
  • 1 Cup Nestum Cereal
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 Cube Chicken Stock


Prawns Preparation

  1. Clean and devein the prawns
  2. Mix egg, salt and pepper to the prawns in a bowl.
  3. Sift in plain flour and corn flour into the prawns and mix well.
  4. Heat a pan with oil, and fry the prawns till golden brown. Set aside.

Cereal Mixture

  1. Wash and pat dry the curry leaves.
  2. Slice the chilli padi thinly.
  3. Combine nestum, milk powder, sugar, chicken stock, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Melt butter in a separate pan and fry curry leaves and chilli padi.
  5. Add in the nestum mixture until the cereal has been cooked with the butter.
  6.
