How many chocolate cake variations can one have? A lot, apparently! We explore another chocolate recipe with this chocolate mud cake. As its name suggests, don’t bother trying to look pretty as you devour this incredibly rich chocolate cake. In fact, we don’t recommend sharing at all!
- 170 Grams Water
- 170 Grams Sugar
- 115 Grams Butter
- 115 Grams Chocolate Couverture
- 85 Grams All Purpose Flour
- 60 Grams Cocoa Powder
- 7 Pieces Eggs
- 9 Grams Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Place chocolate in a bowl.
Warm up water, sugar and butter in a pot.
Add warmed mixture to chococlate couverture.
Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into the mixture.
Add egg gradually into the batter.
Grease a baking mould and line with baking parchment.
Pour batter into the mould.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 25 mins.
