Serves 8 Slices

Ingredients

Shortcrust Pastry

  • 200 Grams Plain Flour
  • 125 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 90 Grams Caster Sugar
  • 50 Grams Roasted Hazelnut
  • 1 Piece Egg

Praliné Feuilleté

  • 200 Grams Nutella
  • 50 Grams Milk Chocolate
  • 80 Grams Rice Crispies
  • 15 Grams Unsalted Butter

Dark Chocolate Glaze

  • 200 Grams Dark Chocolate Coverture
  • 2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

Instructions

Shortcrust Pastry

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the egg.
  3. Add in flour, one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Add in nuts.
  5. Stop mixing as soon as the dough comes together.
  6. Wrap the dough in clingfilm.
  7. Rest the dough in the fridge for at least an hour.
  8. Press dough into a greased tart pan.
  9. Prick the base of the dough with a fork.
  10. Bake tart base at 180 deg celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Cool the tart base.

Praliné Feuilleté

  1. Melt butter, nutella and milk chocolate.
  2. Add in rice crisps.
  3. Mix rice crispies well with chocolate.
  4. Pour onto the tart base and spread all over.

Dark Chocolate Glaze

  1. Melt dark chocolate, butter and whipping cream together.
  2. Stir well till well combined.
  3. Pour on top of the praline and ensure tart is covered well with the glaze.
  4. Cool in the fridge.
  5. Serve tart at room temperature.
