Serves 36 Pieces

Ingredients

Chocolate Ganache

  • 200 Millilitres Heavy Cream
  • 250 Grams Dark Chocolate
  • 50 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Chocolate Coating

  • 200 Grams Milk Chocolate
  • 100 Grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

Chocolate Ganache

  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan.
  2. Mix in dark chocolate and salt till all is well combined.
  3. Add in butter and mix well.
  4. Prepare a baking pan by placing clingwrap on the base.
  5. Pour ganache onto baking pan.
  6. Wrap the baking pan with clingwrap, ensuring that the plastic touches the top of the ganache.
  7. Set aside the ganache in the fridge for 2 hours.

Chocolate Coating

  1. Melkt milk chocolate in the microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds.
  2. Stirthe chocolate until the temperature of the chocolate cools down to 30 degree celsius.
  3. Takeout the ganache from the fridge. Let it aside to room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the ganache into equal squares.
  5. Coat the ganache cubes with the melted milk chocolate.
  6. Roll the chocolate cubes onto the cocoa powder. Do one chocolate at a time. Repeat till all is done.
  7. Rest the chocolates in the fridge for a further 1 hour before consumption.
