- 7 Pieces Bananas
- 7 Whole Oranges
- 35 Pieces Dates
- 3.5 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 litre Whole Milk
Prepare 7 pieces of ziplock bags.
Peel bananas and place one in each plastic bag.
Cut oranges and place one in each plastic bag.
Pit the dates and place 5 pieces in each plastic bag.
Scoop half cup of rolled oats into each of the plastic bag.
Pack 6 of the plastic bags and store them in the freezer.
Pour 1 cup of milk and the contents of 1 bag into a blender.
Blend the contents till well blended.
Serve immediately while still cold.
