A delicious creamy and tangy smoothie that is sure to keep your stomach full all through the morning!

Serves 7


  • 7 Pieces Bananas
  • 7 Whole Oranges
  • 35 Pieces Dates
  • 3.5 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 litre Whole Milk


  1. Prepare 7 pieces of ziplock bags.
  2. Peel bananas and place one in each plastic bag.
  3. Peel oranges.
  4. Cut oranges and place one in each plastic bag.
  5. Pit the dates and place 5 pieces in each plastic bag.
  6. Scoop half cup of rolled oats into each of the plastic bag.
  7. Pack 6 of the plastic bags and store them in the freezer.
  8. Pour 1 cup of milk and the contents of 1 bag into a blender.
  9. Blend the contents till well blended.
  10.
