- 500 Grams Macaroni
- 710 Grams Milk
- 30 Grams Butter
- 30 Grams Plain Flour
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cube Chicken Stock
- 10 Pieces Sausages
- 270 Grams Parmesan Cheese
- 5 Grams Salt
- 15 Grams Pepper
Heat oven to 200 degree celsius.
Boil water with a heap teaspoon of salt.
Cook pasta as per package instructions.
Drain pasta and transfer into a baking dish.
Add the sliced sausages.
Melt butter in a medium sized pan.
Saute the garlic in butter until fragrant.
Whisk mixture quickly in the hot pan.
Add milk, half cup of grated cheese and cheese stock.
Whisk until well combined, thick and smooth. *Switch off fire!
Add the thickened cheese sauce into the baking pan with the macaroni and sausages.
Mix everything together, and well. Ensure that pasta is well coated.
Top the pasta and sauce mixture with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake the pasta and cheese in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius or until top is golden brown.
