You’ve seen the contestants from MasterChef mastering the art of making fresh pasta, now impress everyone with your culinary skills with our fresh pasta and aglio olio recipe. Making fresh pasta from just eggs, salt and flour is as easy as A, B, C!
200 Grams Tipo 00 Flour
2 Large Eggs
1 Knob Garlic
2 Pieces Red Chillies
1 Tablespoon Italian Dressing
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
TIP flour into a bowl and create a crater with the flour.
ADD in eggs and salt.
COMBINE slowly with your fingers.
KNEAD the dough gradually until it is well combined.
WRAP dough in cling film.
SET ASIDE for a minimum of 30 minutes.
ROLL out the pasta thinly and cut into smaller pieces of desired pasta size.
CHOP garlic and red chillies to prepare for aglio olio.
HEAT olive oil in a pan.
BOIL water with a dash of salt.
SAUTÉ garlic and red chillies in the hot olive oil until fragrant.
BOIL pasta for 1-2 minutes in the boiling water.
DRAIN the pasta and add it into the pan.
ADD salt, pepper and italian seasoning.
MIX well and serve while hot.
