Bring your taste buds to Japan with the help of our signature Teriyaki Chicken Wings recipe pack. Sweet, tangy, savoury with a hint of spice from the ginger, its no wonder our teriyaki wings is a favourite amongst our customers.

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilogram Chicken Wings
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Pieces Ginger
  • 125 Millilitres Teriyaki Sauce
  • 120 Millilitres Sweet Thick Soy Sauce
  • 15 Grams Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Chop garlic and ginger.
  2. Wash and clean chicken wings. Cut into two pieces.
  3. Marinate chicken wings with teriyaki sauce, soya sauce, garlic and ginger for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 200 deg celsius at the grill setting.
  5. Place chicken wings with all the sauce onto a baking dish.
  6. Grill the chicken wings for 15 minutes on one side, then turn the wings to the other side for a further 15 minutes.
  7. Cook till all the sauce has dried up.
  8. Serve by sprinkling the toasted sesame seeds over the wings.
