Ingredients

  • 0.5 Whole Pineapple
  • 1 Whole Sweet Mango
  • 2 Pieces Bananas
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Add everything to the blender.
  2. Blitz the contents till everything is well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into the mason jars.
  4. Serve immediately.
